Below is a an overview of our requirements. If your community does not adhere to our current standards, we are still willing to help in other ways!

Transaction Type: Cash, seller financing, partial sales, etc. to be considered
Property Size: Minimum of 20 lots
Utilities: Private utilities are okay
Homes: Park owned homes are okay
Occupancy: Less than 80% occupancy is okay
